The Faces of Love and Hate are extremes of polar opposition, the difference between real heaven and literal hell. Those faces are certain, frighteningly or wonderfully real. The whole of life is a venting, a spewing of either love for God or hatred for Him.

The whole of life is a venting, a spewing of
either love for God or hatred for Him.
Our hidden love or our latent hatred
creates the lens of viewing life
and in that glass are the personal colors of
our kaleidoscope seeing.
Always always God is the issue.
Never circumstances.
Never people.
Only the heart's secret
contempt for or longing for . . . God.
This is the face we wear to all the world.
And by those roots in the secret heart - the real face -
our personal fruit ripens into a certain offering of
poison or health.
Life or death.
Never both. One or the other.
